We’ve made it through yet another year. And what a year it’s been. Manuscripts finished (not mine but we won’t mention that…), agents acquired, books sold, and even a wedding (not mine either…thank the heavens!). A fantastic conference in San Francisco and a successfully planned local chapter conference in November. (Thank goodness that’s over!) I was fortunate enough this year to meet many of my online pals as well as several amazing authors. I’ve made new friends, seen new places, and read incredible books. Overall, I’d say 2008 has been a banner year.

Thanks to everyone for all the support, encouragement, laughs and love. I’m so blessed to know all of you!

IG – 2009 will be even better when I finally figure out how to give you a hug in person! Now go put your feet up…

  3. I love the vintage picture! My Christmas morning is starting way too early, but have an absolutely wonderful day—and an absolutely wonderful 2009. Love and kisses!

Thanks for the good wishes, ladies. Santa was nice enough to bring me a cold. What a guy.

Ely – You’re way ahead of me in this game, but I’m hoping to catch up eventually. LOL! Well, I might not catch up, but I’ve gotta get off the bench eventually.

    Merry Christmas, Terri!

Sorry about your cold. I wish I could overnight you my meds… they seem to be doing the trick. After fighting with this stinking cold for a couple of weeks now I seem to be turning a corner.

You sure were busy last year. LOL Hopefully, it will be less busy and more fun in 2009!

I’m too late for Christmas, but I’m sending get well wishes along with my heartfelt wishes for a 2009 that is better than anything you dream, Terri.

    Hi Terri

As you see, I survived the children’s party….Honours about even I reckon!

    My best two joke questions:

    Why are brides unlucky?
Because they never get the best man.

What award goes to door knocker designers?
    The No Bell Prize.

OK the kids didn’t laugh either…I still think they’re funny!

Wishing you the best of everything in 2009

Irish – Thanks for the get well wishes. I feel much better than I did a few days ago. Now, if I could just kick the last of this dang cough, I’d be back to normal. Well, maybe not normal…LOL!

Janga – 2009 hasn’t exactly started yet, but right now it’s looking to be much better than I dreamed. Here’s to finishing school, finishing the WIP and new beginnings.

Q – I love the No Bell Prize one! I have to tell Kiddo that one after her surgery. I’m sure it will make her smile. Thanks!

  11. VERY belated Merry Christmas!! And I hope your New Years is fantastic too!!

Happy New Year Teri. I have been without a computer for about a month now so I am pretty behind on things. Well my 2008 was certainly better than 2007 so I can’t complain. Here’s to a grand 2009!
